If your drivers have no .exe to run setup from, then it may be that they have to be installed through the device manager. In the Device Manager go to one of the missing drivers for example the missing LAN driver. Right click and select Update Driver (It might say Install Driver I can't quite remember now).

Then use the wizard to locate the driver files you have downloaded and it should be able to pick it up from there using an .inf file.
